Customization of the GNU Grub boot modules

The boot module is loaded from the \efi\grub2win directory. The module name is gnugrub.kernel64.efi

The GNU Grub modules supplied in C:\grub2\g2bootmgr should work in nearly every environment. However, if you wish to make custom changes to the  modules, you can customize them. The customization procedure is run under Windows as a .bat script

Customizing the boot modules should only be attempted if you have a specific need. 

It is possible to render your system unbootable. Please be sure you have good backups.

The customization package can be obtained by unzipping C:\grub2\winsource\xxgnugen.zip

Then unzipped gnugen directory contains a ReadMe.txt file with full instructions.
